Hot Chicken Entrees  

Parmesan Crumb Chicken    Boneless breasts are coated with a fresh lemon, herb, Parmesan and bread crumb coating, the baked.  Very moist and delicious! 

Spinach-Stuffed Chicken Breasts   Boneless breasts with a spinach, scallion and cream cheese mixture stuffed underneath the skin.  The stuffed breasts puff up and become a beautiful golden brown on baking.  A delicious shallot-white wine sauce is served over the chicken.  

Chicken Cordon Bleu  Our homemade version, boneless skinless breasts stuffed with ham and Swiss cheese, baked with a crispy coating, and served with a Champagne sauce on the side.  

Greek Baked Chicken   Boneless, skinless chicken breasts generously flavored with oregano, garlic and fresh lemon juice, and baked until moist.  

Michigan Chicken   Boneless, moist chicken breasts seasoned and baked, served with a white wine, chicken broth and plumped dried Michigan cherry sauce.  

Tex-Mex Chicken  Boneless chicken breasts seasoned with Monterey spices, baked and topped with Co-Jack cheese, crumbled bacon and chopped tomato.  

Champagne Chicken   Boneless chicken breasts are seasoned and baked, served in a champagne and sautéed mushroom sauce.  

Chicken Broccoli Fettucine   Chunks of chicken breast, fresh broccoli and a light and lemony cream sauce are all baked together with fettucine noodles.  

Chicken Enchiladas  Chicken and cheeses rolled in corn tortillas, baked in enchilada sauce, topped with cheese.  Mellow and delicious!  

Chicken Kabobs   Marinated chunks of chicken breast along with tri-colored peppers, mushrooms and red onions on a bamboo skewer, roasted until moist and delicious.  

Hot Meat Entrees  

Braised Beef Burgandy  Sirloin steak cubes slowly cooked in a burgundy wine, beef broth and soy flavored sauce, with sautéed fresh mushrooms, served over buttered noodles.  This is very satisfying for beef lovers!  

Beef Stroganoff  Marinated sirloin steak cubes are sautéed and served in a delicious creamy stroganoff sauce, with sautéed mushrooms.  Served over buttered noodles.  

Beef Kabobs  Chunks of marinated sirloin steak along with tri-colored peppers, red onions and mushrooms are roasted until tender and delicious.  

Beef Rib Eye Roast  Marinated in our balsamic-basil-Dijon marinade, then roasted and served with our balsamic sauce.  

Honey Sesame Roasted Pork Tenderloin  We marinate the pork tenderloin in honey, sesame and soy, gently roast it and slice it into medallions.  Voted one of our most flavorful and favorite meat entrees!  

Apricot Honey-Glazed Baked Ham  Whole ham studded with dried apricots, basted with apricot nector, honey and Dijon mustard, baked and served in thick slices.

Beef Lasagna  Homemade lasagna, ours is satisfying and delicious!  

Pork Chops with Granny’s Stuffing  Thin cut boneless chops baked over a bed of sage and onion stuffing, with chopped Granny Smith apples.  

Cuban Pork Tenderloin with Black Beans and Rice  Marinated in a variety of hot peppers, herbs, onions and spices, roasted and sliced into medallions.  Served with our Cuban black beans and white rice.  

Hot Meatless Entrees  

Cheese Stuffed Shells   Jumbo pasta shells stuffed with ricotta and mozzarella cheese, covered with our homemade tomato sauce and baked with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the top.  

Vegetable Lasagna   Our homemade tomato sauce layered with lasagna noodles, fresh spinach, sliced black olives, grated carrots and mushrooms, along with cheeses, then baked.  

Green Chili Lasagna   Lasagna noodles layered with ricotta cheese, cream cheese and sour cream with green chilies, chopped tomatoes and Pepper-Jack cheese, baked until bubbly.

Mexican Vegetable Casserole   Baked in layers, Mexican rice, black bean with corn and salsa, chopped corn tortillas, sour cream and cheeses.

Baked Spaghetti with Portobellos   Spaghetti layered with a Parmesan-cream sauce, sautéed Portobello mushroom slices and shallots, baked until bubbly golden brown with a freshly grated Parmesan topping.  

Greek Spinach Pie-  Phyllo pastry with a filling of spinach, ricotta, mozzarella and feta cheese, flavored with fresh dill.  

Homemade Macaroni and Cheese  Macaroni baked in a cream sauce with four delicious cheeses, until bubbly and golden brown.

Spinach Enchiladas   Corn tortillas filled with two cheeses, baked in a sour cream and pureed spinach sauce with a touch of jalapeno.
